Program Length and Total Hours
The Nurse Assistant Training Program consists of a total of 160 hours of instruction, including:
60 Hours
Theory Instruction
100 Hours
clinical training

Theory instruction may be delivered through approved online or in-person methods, consistent with CDPH guidelines.
Clinical instruction is conducted in person at CDPH-approved clinical facilities and supervised by qualified Registered Nurse (RN) instructors.
Regular attendance and active participation are required for successful completion of the Nurse Assistant Training Program.
